The 2023 Women's Retreat is now "history."
Here is the official 'portrait', although it is missing a few who attended: Sara, Pastor Kori and Sharon McN.Martha Spong led and inspired us as we looked at and discussed several Psalms. We studied, sang and prayed. We also laughed, ate and enjoyed free time together, which included a surprise baby shower for Cheyenne! If you are a woman of CCPC who was not with us, please know that you were missed. Peggy Oates made sure that the names of all such women were mentioned and prayed for. Thanks, Peggy, for coordinating yet another successful retreat! (BTW, this was Peggy's first retreat with three generations of "Oates" women: her daughters and one of her granddaughters!) |
